Purple Star Campus Designation

The Texas Education Agency recently announced Ann M. Garcia-Enriquez Middle School has fulfilled the requirements of 19 TAC, § 61.1063 for the 2021-2022 school year, demonstrating support and commitment to meeting the unique needs of military-connected students and their families.

Welcome GEMS Military Families! 

 

Welcome to Ann M. Garcia-Enriquez Middle School, home of the Eagles.  We are also known as GEMS where our students shine bright!  Our campus is an all-inclusive school where we aim to provide targeted support for all our students and parents which includes our Military Connected Families.  We thank you for your service and are here to work alongside you to ensure your child’s success.  In addition to our parent/military liaison, we are having a Military Connected Club which will be sponsored by two individuals who have been part of a military family and have first hand knowledge of what it’s like to be part of a military connected family. Our vision is to support our students socially and emotionally as well as their academic needs.
